We used their service for the first time on June 8, and their performance was top-notch. They confirmed their appointment, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. We have a 5600 square foot office (most of it carpeted), with lots of computers and diagnostic equipment, and they worked carefully as well as fast. We let them in, and locked up when they left, and they were pretty much on their own while they worked. They justified our trust.
